CEO of Hardwick Capital Mangement, LLC since June, 2003, was born in 1943 and graduated from Ball State University in 1965 with a BS in Social Science. Ken started advising clients on their investments in 1988 after gaining 20 years experience in the Banking/Finance industry. He passed both the NASAA Series 63, Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination and the NASD Series 6, Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Representative Examination in July 1988. He passed the Registered Investment Adviser Representative Examination in 2006. He is currently a licensed insurance agent/broker in Indiana and a registered investment adviser representative of Hardwick Capital Management, LLC.
CIO of Hardwick Capital Management, LLC since June 2003, was born in 1972 and graduated from Ball State University in 1994 with a BS in Accounting and Corporate Finance. Bill graduated from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 2002, earning his Juris Doctorate in Law. Prior to forming Hardwick Capital Management, LLC he was a registered investment adviser representative of Abacus Consulting, P.C. from 1998 to 2003. He passed both the NASAA Series 63, Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination and the NASD Series 7, General Securities Representative Examination in 1997. He became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1998 after starting his career with Price Waterhouse, LLP in 1994. He is currently a registered investment adviser representative of Hardwick Capital Management, LLC.
